Yes — after every turnover we send photo confirmation directly to you or your co-host. You can see the property is ready before your guest checks in, without needing to be there yourself.
Absolutely. We schedule around your checkout time (typically 10am) and aim to have the property ready well before check-in. If your window is tight — even a 3-hour gap — let us know at booking and we'll make it work.
Full clean of all rooms — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas. Rubbish removed, surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and kitchen sanitised. Linen change is available as a $25/set add-on (wash, dry, fold). We also restock guest supplies you leave on site. Photo confirmation sent on completion.
