This policy explains how FYS Cleaning Services ("we", "us") collects, uses, and stores personal information from visitors to fyscleaningservices.com.au and from anyone who requests a quote or books a clean with us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
When you use our quote calculator or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, suburb, and details about the clean you're requesting (property size, service type, add-ons). We do not ask for or store payment card details on our website.
Like most websites, we also automatically collect some technical data from every visitor — browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages viewed — through the analytics and advertising tools below.
None of these tools receive your name, phone number, or quote details unless you separately submit them through our quote form.
We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, schedule and deliver cleaning services, send booking confirmations, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional offers or reminders. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
We keep quote and booking information for as long as you remain a client, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax purposes (typically up to 7 years, consistent with Australian tax record requirements). You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time. To do so, email fyscleaning@gmail.com or call 0452 614 617. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
